During spring and summer, it is served in the garden. When the season is cooler, it is served in the dining-room with transparent walls, to mix it up with the pomegranate and medlar trees, the almond and orange trees, orange blossoms, figs and laurel.
Butter and buffalo milk yoghurt, a citrus-scented cake, fruits dressed with brown sugar and cinnamon, whole wheat bread and crunchy rolls, jam prepared in September with the figs from Punta Licosa, black cherry and almond compote, crust pastry biscuits, ricotta cheese served with the most intense spices.
Many kinds of tea of various origins lead guests through a scented path. The coffee, prepared with the Neapolitan moka pot, keeps its original flavour and the taste.
Fresh fruit shakes prepared according one’s taste. Salted rolls, sweet cheese, toasted bread.
Marmalade “in carrozza” (tiny rolls with orange marmalade cooked in hot butter), boiled eggs with different kinds of salt (pink, black, white).
